York Dairy Analyzer

The York Dairy Analyzer is a multi-component mid infrared analyzer. It measures the full set of standard components in a variety of dairy products following AOAC defined methods. This third generation analyzer brings a new level of performance to well established measurement technology with enhanced features and design.

Product Features

6-channel output including Fat C and Solids filters - These filters allow the York to accurately predict high fat content in cream, and solids in sugar-added products.

Pre-calibration for milk and cream is available - Calibration software with traditional bias and slope as well as automated linear regression is included in the software package.

Typical test time is 40 seconds - Rapid analysis and low cost per test. Fast response to products-in-process improves quality, standardization and yields.

Easy to clean - A common cleaning detergent is all that is required for maintenance. An optional automatic rinse and zero module is available.
